Elizabeth got fed up with the rules around here and decided to mail herself to her grandparents who might be less strict regarding m&m consumption and playing outside all day.
Luckily, she changed her mind when we told her Tour de Georgia was coming to town and she might meet some famous people. Well, we didn’t exactly get to meet the “godfather of soul,” James Brown, but we saw the Augusta native kick off the race. (See how short he is?)
By the time I introduced her to Phil Liggett, internationally known cycling commentator, she decided that her parents are pretty cool after all.
