Elizabeth surprised us with her culinary creativity last night at the dinner table. She carefully mashed select contents of her salad bowl inside her baked potato (spinach, broccoli, carrots, etc.). Then she closed the potato back up and proceeded to eat it like a sandwich. I think I might try a twist on this sometime and finish it all off under a panini sandwich press!
