Our holiday season began with several holiday parties and a frantic mailing off of presents when I suddenly realized that not traveling equals shipping gifts equals multiple trips to the post office with a toddler (UGH!). Christmas dinner with Elizabeth’s Aunt and Uncle who are in town a few days ended up being dinner for 8 when we took in a few neighbors without plans. It was nice having a full house for a few hours, since that’s what we’ve grown used to around here. Now we’re busy preparing for McPherson #2, who is due to arrive in about 31 days as Frank recently informed me. Thankfully, I’ve had help this week getting out all the baby stuff!
